Frameless encasement provides a high quality cladding to structural steel, and offers up to 180 minutes fire protection. The system affords protection to universal steel columns and beams, together with many joist and castellated beam sections. It can be used in any type of commercial, industrial or residential building where an encasement is required to structural steelwork. Fire Resistant Plasterboard is used in this casing @ various thicknesses.

Steel Encasement:

Steel encasement provides a rapid method of encasing structural steel sections to provide up to 180 minutes fire resistance. The system will protect all universal column and beam sections, with flange thicknesses between 6mm and 28mm, and will also protect many joist sections. It can be used in any type of building where an encasement is required to structural steel.
